Friday Five

I know I'd promised a video Friday Five, but I can't figure out how to do those here without posting it on YouTube, which I really don't want to do.  I'll do a video sometime, I promise.  :)

I have been really enjoying my day off though.  Slept in, got TONS of desperately needed cleaning done, got a good workout in, now I'm just chillin on the couch watching some Dexter.

So without further ado, I bring you today's:

Body Talk Friday Five!

1) What does your body tell you when you get out of bed in the morning?
"Ow.  Seriously, go back to bed."

2) How well do you treat your body?  Do you feed and exercise it well?  Go for regular check-ups?
I like to think I treat it very well.  I workout a lot, 6 days a week, 45 minutes minimum per day usually more, eat lots of raw veggies and fruits, avoid fried things, etc.  I don't do regular check-ups though.  But I do get numbers checked once a year through work.  Cholesterol, glucose, height, weight, etc.  Everything's normal every year.

3) What part of your body feels strongest?
Physically, my core.  I work it a lot, but every workout I do involves my core in some way or another.

4) Which is the weakest?
My knees.  I am so super careful with my knees, but they're just not....good.

5) If you had to live without one part of your body for the rest of your life, which would it be and why?
Wow, that's a hard question.  I guess I'd pick an ear.  But that would make wearing my glasses rather tricky.      Yeah count on me to make a bad joke with this.
