Wednesday Again

I admit I kinda forgot about my Wednesday WIPs post.  I've been torn apart by the new of Davy Jones' passing.  I've been the biggest Monkees fan my whole life.  When all the other girls in my class were plastering their walls with pictures from Tiger Beat of the New Kids on the Block, I was swooning over Davy and Peter and cover my bedroom in their photos.  * sigh*  He was far too young and I think everyone's a little saddened by his passing.

Ok well on to cheerier things then.  Like WIPS!!

First off the secret project is almost to the halfway point.  Those who have seen it just adore it!  I know my friend's due date is aways away yet, but I cannot WAIT to give it to her!!

Next up, the new offensive doily.  I'll go ahead and show you what I have so far since none of the bad words are visible yet.  But maybe if you know me, you cna make out what it will say.  :)

And last for this week is my newest project.  I found a great pattern for that AMAZING Chroma yarn I bought from Knit Picks.  It's a long cowl.  Basically long enough to wrap around twice, or wear long.  Here's what I have so far.

The yarn is just a dream to work with and very pretty!  I'm expecting to get this project done tonight actually, so hopefully tomorrow I'll have more photos of the finished product for you!!
