I participated in a swap on Ravelry recently.  I LOVE doing swaps!!  It's a great way to get to know a fellow Raveler and spoil someone.  :)

Most times the swaps have parameters you need to stay within.  Dollar amounts and types of gifts, etc.  Keeps things fair and fun.  :)  I sent my gifts last week.  I got my partner this gorgeous basket and some fun winter bowls and yarn.  And some of my favorite treats from a local dessert bakery here.  Sending gifts you can only get locally is always fun, to give your partner something they may not be able to get themselves.  :)

I received my swap gifts today!!  I was SOOO excited.  :)  Here they are all wrapped up.

I literally gasped at each thing I opened.  Everything is just so lovely!
I opened the cowl first. My heart twittered, it’s just so lovely! (I LOVE wearing cowls.) And it’s soooo dreamy soft!! The pattern is so pretty, it’s inspiring me to want to learn to knit now. :) The red yarn there, it’s so funny, when I was at the wool gathering in Yellow Springs in September I almost bought yarn that EXACT color but did not and I’ve been  REALLY mad at myself ever since. My heart lept out of my chest (The pictures does not do the color justice, it’s the most striking and gorgeous red ever.) The patterns are so gorgeous too! And I’m sure I’m going to have to hide the coffee from theonlyboyfriend. It smells amazing.  I'm brewing some currently.  :)

That's all I just wanted to show off my presents.  Hee hee!!
