Ok, I haven’t been good about publicizing my shows. (And this most recent one has been kind of frustrating for me, in many ways.) Well, we're 2 weeks away from this show, FINALLY!!!!
The show is Joseph and the Amazing Technicolored Dreamcoat.
We’re doing the revival (Donnie Osmond) version of the show. And as much as I've been whining, I think it really is going to be a pretty cool show. I'm exhausted in ways I can never describe, but I can't deny, it looks and sounds REALLY friggin cool. And we haven’t even rehearsed with costumes or props or the set yet. I'm kind of blown away by the amount of talent in the cast. (and by some miracle of God, I'm even starting to get the hang of these dance numbers. Kind of anyway.)
So if nothing else, it’s worth the price of admission to see me flailing around stage in what is an odd attempt at dancing. While wearing really awesome costumes.
The performances are
Friday: 3/11 - 7PM
Saturday: 3/12: 2PM and 7PM
Sunday 3/13: 2PM
You can buy your tickets now here: http://pleasureguild.org/buy-tickets-now.
Or you can Call CAPA 469-0939. OR go to the ticket office at the Ohio Theatre. (The performances are at the PALACE, though. NOT Ohio)
I would highly recommend buying them ahead of time.
And since I'm putting theatre away for the forseeable future to focus on school, I can at least say I've done a show at the Palace Theatre. If you're gonna go out, go out with a bang I guess.
