Above everything else it was wonderful to be in a crowd of such hopeful people all filled with this great energy. No matter what your political beliefs, that is an amazing experience.
Having a mixed group of readers I won't go into politics. But needless to say it's a night I won't soon forget.
Best yet, as we were walking back to our car, we got stopped on High St by a state Highway Patrolman who would not let us cross the street. He made us go stand in the grass with about 20 or so other people and just stand there. I realized the street was closed off, and very desolate at that moment. Then I realized the motorcade would be coming through!! And sure enough 2 minutes later, he went by and waved at us!!

It's a dark shot, but there ya go! :)
You lucky, lucky Bohemiangrrl!!!! I would have been there but had a prior commitment to sing for a ceremony at church - and I would have been overcoming a similar hatred of crowds and anything OSU. :-)
